What is a Twitter viewer?
A Twitter viewer (or X viewer) is a website that shows public X profiles and posts to people who aren't logged in. PeekX reads the same public data X uses for embedded posts, so you can browse an account, open a single post and download its media without creating an account. It can't see protected accounts, DMs or anything else that isn't public.

Safe: PeekX needs no account, no password and no install. There are no ads, pop-ups or redirects, and we don't record which profiles or posts you open. Downloads come straight from X's own media servers to your device — we never re-host files.
Legal: PeekX only shows posts their authors made public, the same content anyone can see in an embedded post. It never accesses protected accounts or anything behind a login. Media belongs to its creators: save it for personal use or with permission, and don't re-upload other people's work as your own. Rights holders can use our copyright page.

Can I view Twitter without an account?
Yes. Type a @username or paste any x.com or twitter.com link into PeekX. We load the public profile, recent posts, photos and videos for you — no X account, no sign-up and no app install.
Is PeekX free?
Yes. Viewing profiles and posts and downloading media is free. There are no forced waits, no pop-up ads and no watermarks on downloads.
Will the account owner know I viewed their profile?
No. X does not notify anyone about profile views, and PeekX doesn't either. We don't log which accounts you look up, and your recent searches stay only in your own browser.
Can PeekX show private (protected) accounts?
No. Protected accounts are only visible to approved followers, and we don't try to get around that. Any site claiming to show private posts is misleading you.
How do I download a video from X?
Open the post in PeekX (paste its link), then pick a quality in the Download panel — 1080p, 720p and smaller versions are listed with their file size. The file is saved straight from X's media servers.
Why do some big accounts show highlights instead of the newest posts?
For very large accounts X's public feed returns a curated set of popular posts rather than a strict timeline. Any individual post link always opens directly.
